Greece permits dual nationality. If you are applying for Greek nationality you will be asked to attend compulsory military service (age restrictions apply), take language classes and more importantly pay a non-refundable fee for you application.

Both Uzbekistan and Russia has different rules; Russia is selective on countries and Uzbekistan normally denounce your citizenship if you become a citizen of any other country.
